WHY
GO works to find amazing leaders around the world with groundbreaking ideas to help end extreme poverty in their communities. Today you can be a part of that change. We approach volunteering that is designed and operated by the community. That way they receive the most out of your time, and you’re left with an experience we’re confident you’ll never forget.

WHO
People with a vision to change the world. We know if you’re reading this that you’re probably just that, so maybe you’d like to speak with others like yourself? Ask us how you can connect with fellow GO Champions and volunteers when filling out the form. We look for people with a sharp eye for details and are intuitively passionate about social giving and community development. With your help, we can better capture the story that makes communities thrive.

IMPACT
Our volunteer program is oriented around the needs of our partners, and you may notice that not all of our projects offer volunteer opportunities. The projects that do however, will be able to provide you an unforgettable experience that’s been practiced time and time before. This experience is shared through our Champion model. Ask us what you can do tosupport your cause through joining the Champion community.

COSTS
We charge our volunteers to go out in the field at cost, because we are confident that this experience is going to change your life. What is not covered is the flight, inoculations, and entrance tourist visa. The volunteer costs cover expenses you would naturally incur while traveling through the region, such as housing, gas, food. Expenditures for supplies and orientation materials are also included so you will immediately be effective.  Given the remote location and high cost of fuel, the total cost per day for individuals is $75.
