Bartlomiej Jan Skorupa
Bartlomiej holds a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois and has 7 years working experience in management and IT consulting, having worked for both Accenture and Slalom Consulting. Working in various industries, Bartlomiej held numerous management positions in 10+ Fortune 500 companies implementing efficient business practices in the USA and Europe. After a medical emergency that literally changed his vision on life, Bartlomiej has spent the past 6 years dedicating himself to ending extreme poverty around the world by investing in groundbreaking ideas from local community leaders through Groundwork Opportunities. When not working directly with tomorrow’s change-makers, Bartlomiej finds inspiration by simply reflecting on the glory of just being alive, right here, right now.

Shanti Sattler has nearly a decade of experience working as an international development practitioner. Her work with NGOs and social enterprises has taken her to diverse communities around Latin America, Southeast Asia and the Great Lakes region of Africa to help facilitate participatory dialogue and action around healthy and sustainable social and economic development. She holds an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS, University of London and a BA in International Relations and Peace and Justice Studies from Tufts University. Shanti loves to go places she’s never been and hone her jungle baking skills over open fires with the amazing team at GO’s partner, ClearWater.

Samantha Goldman is committed to empowering people to take action for social change and create positive impact. She has an MS in Organizational Change Management from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy at the New School and a BA in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies, focusing in conflict resolution from Tufts University. In the Republic of Georgia, she worked with the local communities to organize job training programs and local community service projects. She has also worked at various non profit organizations, creating leadership development programs for young adults, as well as at an organizational development consulting firm, focusing on leadership development, strategy and organizational culture. She’s also proud to have worked on both of President Obama’s electoral campaigns as an organizer and as a training director. You can usually find Samantha carrying sunflowers at the farmers market, in yoga class, hiking the beautiful trails in the Bay area or itching for her next travels
Heather holds a BA in Supply Chain Management & Marketing from Michigan State University. She began her career in Sales and has since spent the last seven years specializing in Events & Meeting Planning. Her event experience ranges from working for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, such as Thomson Reuters. Combining her love for details and her passion for living life to the fullest, she desired to take her experience to the non-profit sector. Volunteering at one of GO’s first events over six years ago, she now plans and manages all of GO’s fundraisers and consults GO Champions. When she is not planning her next globe trotting adventure, she loves to surround herself with people who strive to seek, to find and not to yield.
